Initiation
My first step in any engagement is developing a deep understanding of users and their needs. The first "user" is always you, the client. Once I understand the problems you're trying to solve, I can propose the tools and methods that will best solve them within your timeframe and budget.
Execution
Whatever the scope of the project or the number of activities involved, you can expect frequent updates and iterations from me. I'm a very collaborative designer and I welcome feedback at all stages of the process. I'm happy to spend some time in the office if you're local, but I'm very comfortable with remote collaboration as well.
